Introduction


When you upgrade to our premium plan you can use all the premium features of the ContactShip App including cross-device-synchronisation, custom categories, complex lists etc. You can read here about all the features and subscriptions available:

Changing to a premium subscription is very easy and you can do it with a few taps. There are two ways to change from a free to a premium plan:

  1. Accessing the payment view
  2. Upgrading while using a premium feature

Accessing the payment view

Payment View

Access the payment view by tapping “Payment” in the main menu.

If you want to read more about the premium features please tap on “Check license features” or tap on “BUY” to proceed.

Access the payment view by tapping “CHECK PLAN” in the go premium pop up.

Steps to change the plan

Review and agree
License information

In the next step please tap on “Agree” and than choose your payment method. You can select or create a new payment method. The payment process runs through Google LLC, they do all the billing etc. for us and therefore charge 30% of the payments (15% after the first year) we recive.

Tap on “1-tap buy” to purchase our subscription.

You can read the “Google Play Terms of Service” and the “Refund Policy” if you tap the links. Google also provides information about “learn how to cancel” a subscription.

Google Play Points
Payment View

After your purchase you can read more about Google Play Points or you can skip by tapping “Not now”. Your premium license is active (green) if it’s displayed in green color.

You can tap the “X” and return to your last view.

Be aware that if you still can’t use the premium feature after upgrading your plan, please leave and restart the ContactShip App one time.
