You can access the main menu by tapping on the “three lines” symbol on the top left of the contact list view (first view when you open the ContactShip App). Through the main menu you can access the main functions of the ContactShip App.
Tap on “old contacts” to open the old contact view. Here you can restore contacts you have deleted.
Tap on “Sync local contacts” to open the sync account view. Here you can sync new contacts from your local account into the ContactShip App.
Be aware that the ContactShip App doesn’t sync new contacts from your local address book automatically.
Tap on “Lists & Groups” to open the lists and groups view. Here you have an overview of all your groups and lists and you can access them by tapping on them. You can also create new lists and groups in this view.
Tap on “Birthdays” to open the birthday view. Here you have an overview of all your upcoming birthdays. You can access the contacts right from this view.
Tap on “Occasion” to open the scheduler. Here you can see, access and create appointments, reminders, notifications, past occasions and interactions with your contacts.
Tap on “Categories” to open the custom categories view. Here you can manage and create your own categories for information you want to guard. You need to become a premium user to use this features.
Tap on “Keep touch” to open the keep touch view. Here you have an overview of all the contacts you should get in touch with. The list is calculated automatically from the selected reminder pattern per contact and your last interaction with them. You can access the contacts right from this view.
Tap on “payments” to manage your subscription. ContactShip App offers you a free and a premium plan. With the premium plan you can use the premium features. We might include an elite plan with additional statistic functions later on.
Tap on “settings” to access the settings. From here you can also access the backup view.
